Meet Alicia Rodríguez
Founder & Real Estate Advisor
Alicia Rodríguez built her career in sales. For years she learned what people truly need before an important decision: honest information, patience, and someone who follows through. When the pandemic changed the economy, she saw the real estate market in northern Costa Rica growing and decided to bring that experience to it. For more than five years she has led AR Properties CR, guiding local families, property owners and international investors through buying, selling and investing in La Fortuna and the surrounding region. Her approach is simple: know every property personally, tell clients the truth, and stay with them from the first visit to the signing.
